第一次吃节瓜应该是一年半前吧!
当时给小儿子准备副食,
所以认识了节瓜。
这一次把节瓜加入巧克力蛋糕里,
食谱取自Zoe
(因为买的节瓜稍小所以只做了以下食谱的一半份量。)

1 1/3 杯节瓜丝 1 1/3 cups finely grated zucchini (with skin on)

3)再以低速搅打,加入1/3的粉类混合物,拌均。再加入1/2的酸奶混合物,拌均。重复至全部混合。再加入节瓜丝和巧克力豆拌均。

4)预热烤箱160度 (风扇型烤箱)烤至熟。
Preheat the oven to 350°F or 160°C
fan forced,bake till done.
