假日来临,和我一样是上班族的你,是不是很欢喜呢!

假日,就做想做的事吧!
一早起来,给家人做了这粒蛋糕。。
老公健身回来,孩子起床。。
美味的蛋糕就出炉了。
哎呀呀。。尽然忘了震气泡。好多洞洞哦!
不过,还是非常的好吃!
材料 Ingredients :
3个蛋黄 3 Egg yolk
120克酸奶 (我用草莓酸奶) 120g Natural yoghurt, room temperature (I replace with strawberry yogurt)
20克淡奶油 20g Whipping cream
35克无盐奶油(加热融化) 35g Butter, melted
30克低粉 30g Plain flour
15克粟米粉 15g Corn flour
3个蛋白 3 Egg white
50克细糖 50g Caster sugar
120克酸奶 (我用草莓酸奶) 120g Natural yoghurt, room temperature (I replace with strawberry yogurt)
20克淡奶油 20g Whipping cream
35克无盐奶油(加热融化) 35g Butter, melted
30克低粉 30g Plain flour
15克粟米粉 15g Corn flour
3个蛋白 3 Egg white
50克细糖 50g Caster sugar
1/2汤匙柠檬汁(我没放) 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
做法 Method :
1) 将酸奶和融化的奶油混合搅拌至均匀无颗粒状。
Combine natural yoghurt and melted butter together, stir till smooth with a hand whisk.
2) 加入淡奶油和蛋黄拌匀后, 加入过筛的底粉和粟粉搅拌至细腻光滑。
Add in whipping cream and egg yolks, blend well. Sieve in plain flour and corn flour, mix till smooth.
3) 将蛋白打至起粗泡, 分3次的加入细糖,打至拿起打蛋器上部呈略弯弧度而盆中的蛋白糊中有弯钩状即可。
In a cake mixer, whisk egg whites till foamy and add sugar in 3 batches. Whisk till peak form.
4) 将1/3蛋白糊加入酸奶糊中,以刮刀从边缘刮下后的切拌方法搅拌。 (切记不可画圈搅拌,这样蛋白容易消泡)
Fold 1/3 egg white mixute in to the yoghurt mixture until well incorporated.
5) 将一半的蛋糕糊倒入6寸里烤盘 (底部铺上一张不粘纸) 放上草莓,并将剩余的蛋糕糊倒入。最后多加几粒草莓在表层上即可。
Pour half of the batter into a 6 inch round (lined base) cake pan and place some strawberries on it and pour the remaining batter over it. Then place some sliced strawberries on top.
6) 用水浴法以150度烘烤70分钟。(我烤了75十分钟)。*将烤盘放在烤箱的最低那层。
Place the cake pan into bain-marie, a pan with water half way up the sides in pre-heated oven 150C for 70 minutes (I baked 75 minutes).
7) 蛋糕冷却后,冷藏了再享用。

Leave cake in pan to cool down completely before removing. Best to chill for few hour before serving.
