几年前买雪洁养生机时,
就略闻这个健康版爪哇面的做法。
曾经煮过但是不曾记录。
看似简单的佳肴,

昨晚放工回家,
从七点左右搞到八点半才吃晚餐。
晕!累!
材料 Main Ingredient
金瓜 250g Pumpkin 250g
红番薯 250g Sweet potato 250g
马玲薯3粒 3 Potato
番茄2粒 2 Tomato
主要调味料:(依个人喜爱拿捏份量) Seasoning

辣椒粉 chilli powder
芫荽粉 coriander powder
素咖喱酱 (也可用咖哩粉)vegetarian curry paste/ curry powder
松茸精 (类似调味粉)seasoning powder
海盐 sea salt
褐砂糖 brown sugar

桔子汁10粒 lime juices
配料 Garnish
全麦熟面 (就是一般黄面,只是全麦的是无碱水的,较健康)

豆芽 sprout (boiled)
豆干 (我气炸两片新鲜的豆干)Air fry beancurd (sliced)
大红辣椒 chilli (sliced)
水煮蛋 hard boiled eggs (cut into half)
桔子 Lime (cut into half)
日本黄瓜 Japanese Cucumber (sliced)
芫须 Coriander (cut into small pieces)
做法:
1) 把切成小块的金瓜,番薯和马铃薯放入雪洁健康养生机的圆桶内,水至1400ml 左右(视个人喜爱的浓稠度),选“豆浆”功能,越25-30分钟左右,即成浓稠汤汁。
(也可用搅拌器把熟的金瓜,番薯和马铃薯捣成泥然后加入适量的水煮成汤汁。)
Cut pumpkin, sweet potato and potato into small cubes and put them in Seiketsu cooking machine and cooked till ready.

2)开始准备配料,备用。
Get all garnish ready in a serving plate.

3)做法1熟了以后,把它倒入小锅开始调味。
When method 1 is ready and cooked, transfer it into a cooking pot and add in your preferred seasoning.

4)煮好后即可把汤汁淋在面和配料上开始享用。

ReplyDelete这样算快噢!搞到人很累特别是下班回家后。感觉煮不出来这样。下次再煮的话,我就要预先准备好配料才行。不然孩子太迟吃晚餐,早睡,来不及消化。 :D
