来杯法式甜点吧!
与您分享对我来说是甜蜜的这一刻。
不需要什么烘焙技巧,
可以说只要拌一拌就行了。
口感介于布丁和蛋糕之间,
带着樱桃的酸甜蛋奶的香,
冷藏后的风味,

我家小孩挺喜欢的。
材料:
新鲜樱桃 适量
鸡蛋 2个+蛋黄 1个

细砂糖 1/4 杯
玉米淀粉28g
中粉28g
牛奶 7/8杯 (大概220g)冷的
香草精 适量
淡奶油 半杯
装饰:
饼干碎 适量
杏仁片 适量
做法:

做法:
1)将模具涂黄油。
2)撒糖,倒出多余的糖。樱桃洗净,去蒂,去核(也可以不去核,据说不去有不去的味道,如果给小孩吃,最好去掉)
3)鸡蛋+蛋黄+糖放到容器中,用手动打蛋器搅拌均匀。放入香草精,搅拌均匀。
4)将牛奶放入碗中。加入玉米淀粉搅拌均匀。
5)将面粉筛入蛋液中搅拌均匀。
6)将牛奶混同玉米淀粉倒入蛋液中,搅拌均匀。
7)将淡奶油放入做法6中,搅拌均匀。克拉芙提溶液就做好了。
8)为了让樱桃悬浮在中间,先倒入一部分克拉芙提溶液。烤箱里175度烤15分钟左右至大至凝固。(如果你是大的容器,可以跳过这一步)
9)之后取出放入樱桃。
10)再倒入剩余的液体。烤箱预热175度,烤40到45分钟至表面金黄色。
11)吃之前,可以加上烤杏仁片和饼干碎。(也可以简单撒上糖粉)

220g Cold Milk
¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
½ Cup Dairy Whipping Cream
Deco:
Some Digestive Biscuits Crumbs
Toasted Almond Flakes
Methods:
1) Line your moulds with butter and a dusting of fine sugar.
2) Get Ready the Cherries. Wash and remove the seeds if necessary.
3) Add in eggs, egg yolk and sugar in a bowl, hand whisk and mix well. Add in Vanilla Extract, mix well.
4) In another bowl, put in cold milk. Sieved in corn starch and mix well.
5) Sieved in All Purpose Flour in Method 3, mix well.
6) Add in method 4 into method 5, mix well.
7) Add in dairy whipping cream in method 6, mix well.
8) To position the cherries in the middle of the clafoutis, you can bake a small portion of the mixture for 15 minutes at 175 degree. When ready, take it out and put cherries on it. (optional method)
9) Pour in remaining claufotis mixture. Baked for 40 to 45 minutes or till cooked at 175 degree.
10) Before serving, spread some almond flakes and biscuits crumbs.

Delete很特别的一道甜点!名字都第一次听,更别说尝过与否。除了樱桃比较难找之外,做法与其他材料都简单,绝对值得一试。
