这道小吃材料齐全的话很容易就搞定了。虽然有点char tar....还是很美味的。重点是我没加任何调味料,吃到的口感是原汁原味的味道。我闺女也没complain没味道,还一个一个接着吃。
下次再做的话,我得小心看好时间。没想到气炸锅的火力那么强。一个不留神,差点毁了。哈哈。。
参考了肥丁 的食谱在做法上做了一些更动。
材料 Ingredients:
车厘茄 约5粒 (切半)
粟米 适量
鲜磨菇 2-3粒 (切)
Mozzarella 芝士适量
1 Zucchini
5 cherry tomatoes (cut into half)
Some Fresh corn
2-3 Button mushrooms (slices)
Some Mozzarella cheese
做法 Method:
1)车厘茄洗净切半气炸10分钟。备用。
Wash some cherry tomatoes and cut it into half. Air fried for 10 minutes. Set aside.
2)栗米去皮后用刀削粒。
Remove husk of fresh corn, cut it off the cob.
3)翠玉瓜洗净切成小块。再把馅料逐一地排放在翠玉瓜上。
Wash the zucchini, slice both ends off. Then cut it into small pieces.
Place zucchini rounds on a lined baking sheet. Top with other ingredients.
4)气炸13分钟。 (时间必须缩短些)
Air fried for 13 minutes. (Air frying time need to shorten)
